No more late-morning ranting and raving out in the courtyard. No more cops kicking down doors. No more tenants, three doors down, under investigation for homicide. No more freezers that pack more frost than Hoth. No more Arbour Park.

Just days after spending that late-August afternoon with you, I packed my belongings and happily moved into Acacia Creek. Six weeks later, the honeymoon is still raging on. Life is good -- in many ways because of your friendly, straightforward help.

I just wanted to say thanks. My roommates, Todd and Chris are loving their time in Arizona. Chris found a job at Charles Schwab shortly after getting here, and Todd digs that he can bike to work (at Gainey Ranch) in less than five minutes. My internship at the Republic was extended through the middle of next month, after which I'm going to venture into the world of freelancing.

It took us a long time to figure out anything we disliked about the apartment. There was a tireless kid upstairs for the first two weeks (thump thump thump thump thump, 24 hours a day) and a small problem with ants, but other than that, it's been bliss. The location is unbelievable, convenience-wise, and the mountains are stunning.

I can't thank you enough for improving life about 500%. Mark me down as satisfied.

I wanted to take a moment and commend you for all of your hard work in helping us relocate our Motorola transferees. As you may know, relocating is a very stressful time in someone's life but you and your staff have made finding a new place to live a much more enjoyable transition. After speaking to numerous transferees, they have told us what a pleasure it was to work with you and your staff. You had made their search for a permanent place to live an enjoyable experience. As you may know, the apartment finding business is a very competitive market. We have used many companies in your area and no one has been as dedicated and followed up as much as you. With my assistance, my sister has just completed a transaction. We got a yellow "report card" with this address on it, but because my situation was complicated, I wanted to report my experience in more detail.

I work in the real estate industry, and was recently contacted by my sister who was in a serious dilemma with regard to her need for a rental house. After being in a rental home for 7 years, the owners decided to sell, and she and her family were being forced to move on short notice. To complicate matters, she has a poor credit history, and two dogs. Her rental history was excellent, with a glowing letter of recommendation from her current landlord, and her husband's employment history is excellent, but she was getting nowhere in her inquiries to other rental agencies.

I made some inquiries and was referred to Doug Bjotvedt. I contacted Doug on my sister's behalf. After listening to the whole story, Doug referred us to Jeff Fiergang. After telling the whole story to Jeff, he told us that while it would require a little more effort, he too, was certain that they could help us.

Everything after that happened very quickly. Jeff selected three potential homes, and we met him at the first one the next morning. My sister loved the house, which was in the same neighborhood as her current home, was priced affordably, would accept her pets, and was managed by someone whom they thought might make an allowance for the credit situation. An application was completed, and earnest money deposited. The application, for which Jeff had arranged to have the fees waived, was approved, and my sister and her family will move into their new home on July 1.

Based on the telephone calls made by my sister to two of your competitors, they simply could not be bothered to put in the extra effort required to find her a rental. Thank you to Doug Bjotvedt and Jeff Fiergang for service that went above and beyond the call.

The real estate firm I work with does property management and leasing, but doesn't work with single family homes. We frequently get calls looking for these services, and I'll recommend you without hesitation.
