Deposit(s) and Fee(s) Policies:

In order to secure and guarantee a reservation with AGC Realty Services, AGC Realty Services must receive a holding deposit and completed application with fees(s).

The holding deposit for AGC Realty Services is $500.00 per unit and must be drawn on United States currency. This deposit needs to be in the form of a money order or cashier's check. The application fee is $45.00 per applicant and/or per married couple and must be drawn on United States currency. This fee needs to be in the form of a money order or cashier's check.

Two separate money orders or cashier's checks for the holding deposit and the application fee(s) are required. However, multiple deposits and/or fees may be combined.

Acceptance of holding deposit and application fee(s) only guarantees a reservation and not an acceptance of application.

Pets are welcome with AGC Realty Services. Pet Deposits are $300.00 for the first pet and $200.00 for each additional pet.

Refundable and Non refundable Policies:

Holding deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours of receipt of funds in the event that plans change for your reservation. Within the 72 hours, you must call and get a cancellation number in order to secure the return of funds. After the 72 hours, the holding deposit will become non refundable unless application is denied for whatever reason by AGC Realty Services. After 72 hours and approval of application(s), the holding deposit may be applied to move-in costs.

Application fee is a one-time non refundable fee regardless of application and/or reservation status.

There is a non refundable Pet Fee of $150.00 per rental unit, not pet. However, AGC Realty Services reserves the right to modify this policy based on the pet(s) in question. Certain pets (attack breeds) will not be accepted.
